Terms of Service

These terms apply to Midlife Reset, operated by Elevate@elitecoaching. By creating an account or buying the program, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Midlife Reset is a one-time purchase of A$39 (including GST where applicable) for lifetime access to your personalised 7-Day Midlife Reset: your plan, daily actions, progress tracking, check-ins, your Reset Summary and the Midlife Coach. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again.

"Lifetime access" means for as long as Midlife Reset continues to operate. If we ever close the service, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Payment

Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, taxes and your receipt. Prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Your account

• Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Your access is for you personally. Please don't share your login or redistribute the content.
• You must be 18 or over to buy.

Midlife Reset offers general wellbeing information and support. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The Midlife Coach is an AI assistant and is not a health professional. Always speak with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns, before starting new exercise, or before changing how you eat.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' accounts, or copy the program for resale. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
